Shamans believe that a luminous energy field surrounds the physical body, and which holds a record of all our emotional, physical, and spiritual trauma. The luminous energy field is a blueprint that determines how we will heal, how we will live and how we might die. In Shamanism101, we will discuss the healing practices employed for 10,000 years by the Shamans of the Americas. The ancient practices are presented in a scientific and practical system of energy healing that allows us to discover states of exceptional health and well-being, as well the opportunity for conscious participation in our future evolution.
